Resume import for the Opportunity Agent

The Opportunity Agent now:

✅ Supports resume upload and parsing

• Accepts PDF and DOCX resumes
• Extracts structured data including job titles, companies, tenure, skills, seniority signals, and locations
• Normalizes messy resume formats into a consistent internal profile

✅ Labels keyword types (job title, skill, location, etc.)

• Identifies and tags keyword types such as job titles, hard skills, soft skills, industries, tools, locations, and seniority indicators
• Distinguishes overlapping terms (e.g. “Python” as a skill vs. “Senior” as a level signal)
• Uses labeled keywords as inputs to downstream matching and scoring

✅ Includes more detailed top match explanations

• Explains why a role is a strong or weak fit using specific evidence from the resume
• Highlights exact overlaps (skills, titles, experience level) and gaps
• Surfaces tradeoffs (e.g. strong domain match but lighter leadership experience)
• Produces human-readable explanations a recruiter or candidate can sanity-check
